The Cut (the Organisation) is based in Halesworth, Suffolk. newcut.org (the Site) is its’ online service to enable you to purchase tickets to films, shows, concerts and other music gigs and performances playing at our venue or organised through us (the Services). This Privacy Policy explains our intent with any information we receive from you and also a brief summary on how we store or remove your data.
By contacting us, using our services or visiting our website, which is owned and controlled by The Cut you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy unless you inform us otherwise.

Information automatically collected: When purchasing tickets through the Site we may automatically collect the following information:

When purchasing tickets by telephone information collected may include but not be limited to your full name, your home address, your contact phone number or your email address.

We will never contact about any subject other than your connection to The Organisation. All data is processed in-house, we do not share your details other than third party processors such as Ticketsolve.
If you have opted-in to receive marketing communication your email address will be used to facilitate this transfer. We do not automatically add your contact details after purchasing tickets through The Site. Any marketing communication you do receive will contain instructions to “opt-out” should you wish to stop receiving. In addition, if you “opt-out” any details supplied to us through our registration form will be removed from our database.
