A holistic approach to Yoga, designed for beginners and those wishing to re-start a practice. Blending Yoga’s ancient roots with today’s evidence based practices. Bring your own mat.
Mindfulness Meditation: Mondays from 12noon to 1pm in the Holistic Health Hub at The Cut (in the basement). Starts 6th Jan 2025.
Five week programme. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this course will provide you with the tools to create a meaningful habit.
Deep Rest: 3rd Monday of the month from 1:30 to 2:30pm in the Holistic Health Hub at The Cut (in the basement). Starts 20th Jan 2025.
Take time to unwind and restore with our monthly deep-rest session. Experience the profound benefits of regular deep relaxation.
