Mark Brogan: Young Artists Workshops

Mark Brogan is running workshops for young artists ( age 13 – 21) at The Cut, Halesworth as part of his installation process for his new exhibition titled ‘The Hills are Flat in the Dark’.

Tuesday 12th August  – Friday 15th August 9am – 12.30pm

Monday 18th August – Friday 22 August 9am – 12.30pm

Young artists will be invited to help curate Mark’s work and will also be introduced to his unique way of painting using coloured ice blocks.

Young artists will get the opportunity to make their own paintings! All welcome to attend the opening event on 23rd August 12noon-3pm, bring your family and friends!

Also we are calling out for volunteers to be in attendance during the project. As a teacher Mark is dbs checked, but The Cut’s safeguarding policy requires another dbs checked adult in attendance. If you or anyone you know can spare anytime between 11th-23rd August please get in touch. The dates and times as above.
