Stretch and Strengthen

Trish’s combination of core work and other strengthening exercises, along with stretches and joint mobilization, helps you build strength and recover your range of movement, leading to an improved sense of well-being and vitality.
Suitable for all ages, pre-booking is essential.
Trish has been teaching exercise and stretch classes in Suffolk since 1999 and combines a love of exercise with her interest in bodywork. More recently Trish completed a four-year Okido Yoga Teacher Training, and regularly attends workshops with Yoga teachers in London and Holland, providing new insights into bodywork and deepening her Yoga practice. She teaches Yoga and her unique Stretch and Strengthen classes at The Cut, as well as continuing her private exercise and Shiatsu practice in Spexhall.
